Edited by Strator: 8/2/2021 7:14:03 PMWhitelist destiny2.exe in your AV/Windows Defender *doesn't fix it?* Make sure that gamebarpresencewriter.exe isn't running in taskmanager after you have logged into the game. It is possible it will be running even if you turned off your Xbox GameBar in Windows Settings. Turn it of with a batch-file. *doesn't fix it?* Delete the Prefs folder @ C:\Users\*YourUserName*\AppData\Roaming\Bungie\DestinyPC\ (ShowHiddenFolders in FolderOptions is needed, (explorer)) After a fresh restart, Set the game in Fullscreen mode with no other program running. Turn down the two shadow-perimeters to the lowest (belive it was character and foilage). Restart the game after all changes. *doesn't fix it?* (you haven't revealed your GPU model so this Is a guessing). Unplug your internet and Clean your drivers with DDU (DisplayDriverUninstaller) Install 457.51 *doesn't fix it?* (you haven't revealed your GPU model so this Is a guessing). Use a GPU-tool like the one from your gpu maker or Afterburner and set power limit to 95 to 90%, save as a profile and make it load at system start-up. Hello. Next time your game crashes, could you paste your DxDiag here? You can find this by doing the following:
• Press (Windows Key + R) to bring up the Run dialog box and enter the command “dxdiag”. • Click on “Save all information”. • Copy the text and use a text dump website (i.e. pastebin.com) to paste the information. • Create a link and post it here.
