Hello, this is my 3rd Post with no answer from any support side until now. I have tried multiple times with two Prime accounts to get the monthly loot. all accounts are linked and I even disconnected my ps4 link to make sure its not send there. the amazon accounts are also not used by anyone else for Prime Gaming purpose. I still did not get any loot with amanda Holiday. Can anyone frome the Support-Team please have a look what the issue is and give me instructions?

4 RepliesDo you share your Amazon Prime account with anyone else? If so, do they play Destiny 2 and do they also sign up for this program? Have you tried logging in and out of the game to see if anything changes? To confirm, you've double-checked that the Gear Drop has been claimed on the Prime Gaming site and that you have an active Amazon Prime account? If you go into your [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/Settings]Bungie account Settings[/url] and click "Accounts & Linking," do you see Prime gaming at the bottom of the page under the "Authorized Applications" sections? Have you claimed your reward in your [url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Codes/Partners]Partner Rewards section[/url]? If you accidentally linked the wrong Bungie.net account to your Amazon Prime account and you haven’t yet claimed the Destiny 2 offer, follow these steps: Step 1: Make sure you've logged out of the wrong Bungie.net account.
