Class Overlap

Something that's been rattling in my head for a bit: Every guardian is either a Titan, Warlock, or Hunter, and that's it. They are distinct from first rebirth and have no overlap. But why though? The lore implies that these classifications are loosely based on the guardian's core personality with Titans being steadfast, Warlocks being inquisitive, and Hunters being adventurous. The problem with that though is people aren't easily shoved into one group, nor do they typically stay there forever. People grow and acquire new traits based on their environment and those around them; so why can't guardians? Thus my concept, Class Overlap. In essence it is the act of augmenting a main class with attributes of another. For example: *Sunbreaker + Dawnblade = Sunblade. A Titan that traded in its hammer for a sword, gaining better aerial and supportive skills at the cost of having less aggressive and explosive skills. *Stormcaller + Arcstrider = Stormstrider. A Warlock modified for speed and burst damage. They lose a bit of crowd control capability, but make up for in their newfound aggression. *Nightstalker + Voidwalker = Nightwalker. Hunters that embrace the more direct powers of the void. Shadowshots are now explosive void warheads instead of an anchor. Stealth abilities are slightly neutered in favor of improved sustainment skills. Now this is just spitballing here, so don't take it too seriously. Though I'd love to see something like this implemented after the future subclass overhauls have taken place.
