All this excellent advice. Stop hoarding, you don't need 6 of each weapon, delete stuff you don't use all the time, brush and floss.
It's like telling someone you should throw out half your clothes if you don't wear them all everyday.
Pretty stupid to state the obvious option. Why would anyone shit on wanting more space to keep collections? What's useless today was useful yesterday and will be again tomorrow.

Edited by JasperGTR: 6/19/2021 10:18:07 PM
All this excellent advice...
I agree. Regarding all of that "advice": This is so incredibly small minded. It is how a child plans. Only have to worry about my favorite toy - which is the one that is in my hand, not knowing that when I smash the other two I wasn't playing with, that I may have wanted those at a later time. Hopefully, the child eventually learns beyond that choice. Clearly, some do not. Ever watch a young child put something that belongs to an older sibling or adult in their mouth and bite to the point of destroying it? What does the adult say? ~ Please don't eat that, I take care of my things, because I'd like to use them more than once. Sometimes the child (being a child) keeps gnawing away, because they do not understand viability can have cycles, and that object may be useful for others besides being the current chew toy. If this was too much, we can switch to dogs if you'd like. There are parallels with your logic to typical dog behavior. I personally do not believe that anyone does not have to play a game the same way as everyone else does. If there are digital capabilities, then why not use them? Remember when D1 had a glimmer cap was 25,000? Or when gunparts were limited to stacks in D2 of 999? All Bungie had to do was add a single digit, and the new limit became 9999. I'm sure some may actually think that the glimmer cap was raised to 250,000 in D2 because the old gen consoles couldn't fit all of the glimmer inside of it after the game loads. I mean just think of ALL of the space those bottomless legendary shard pits are taking up. That's probably why Mars had to go - to make room for Stasis grenades. I hope you continue to enjoy Destiny they way that is fun for you, ans others can enjoy the game the way they believe it can be fun for them. Choice is wonderful.

I keep one or two best rolls of each weapon. Keeps me prepared for meta changes and new builds that may want to utilize them.. also so i always have suitable options for kill with x weapon y damage bounties. Keeping high roll armor for three characters is also a space hog. Just because i'm not currently running a melee build, doesn't mean that i'll shard my 20 recovery 20 strength rolls, etc. Vault space turned into a lesser issue with sunsetting since our weapon selection is now a lot more limited again, but that's only temporary until they keep adding more weapons back in. I wish they would expand the collection to keep track of each roll you've got and let you pull out rolls you've acquired before. Sure that's a lot of rolls, but easy enough to manage by simply allowing you to filter by perks.

That's the most ignorant comparison I've ever heard. Why would anyone want more space when they can make their own? NEXT!!!

Clothes cost money. D2 is f2p

You spend time collecting loot. You spend time earning money. Both have value.

Well… brushing and flossing is good advice.
