A negative Silver balance indicates that our records showed that you purchased Silver, spent it in game, and then received one or more refunds, chargebacks, or had your payments denied by your platform marketplace. The negative Silver amount that is now displayed on your account represents the outstanding Silver balance owed on your account due to these refunds, chargebacks, or denied payments.
If you have a negative Silver balance, you will not be able to purchase Eververse Items until the outstanding Silver balance has been repaid and you have a positive Silver balance on your account.
