Unable to Claim "Unclaimed" Rewards From Season of the Chosen
The title says it all. I was well over season pass 100 at the end of the season, but I can't remember because the Season trackers in game are inaccurate. I can change between classes, however the season pass HUD does not change on the website. Refreshing the website doesn't really do anything. The icon currently says I have 36 unclaimed items. Is there something that I'm doing wrong, or is this just a backend issue on Bungie's side?

Never received rewards from them at all... the last exotic engram I did through the companion app and it worked... Also the website claims that I have "claimed" it..

1 ReplyI had the same issue dating back to Undying, don't bother with the web page as it's never finished loading. Access the 'previous seasons' tab on the app. Hope this helps.

You may need to click your platform ID and then click your platform ID again for it to load correctly. If you're having issues, you may want to try the following: - Clear your browser's cookies and cache and try again - Open an incognito private window and try again - Use another browser and try again - Try the official Destiny Companion app
