Lost gameshare access to paid DLC after console migration

Hi, Recently my wife and I moved our accounts from Xbox 1's to Series X's, and now we can't get Shadowkeep to install on the console I'm using as my home console. Even though I own the expansion and we've both played through the story missions through game share, it will no longer give me access to Nightmare Hunts when on my home console, or give me the ability to download. On my secondary console, the game recognizes I have Shadowkeep DLC, but the file for it does not appear in my console add-on manager, and it won't let me begin a download for Shadowkeep without re-purchasing.

  • Hi there. Game share is a platform feature that is not officially supported by Destiny 2. If you're experiencing issues with accessing content through your console's game share feature, it would be best to contact your platform support for assistance. https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360048719412-Playing-Destiny-Content-on-Multiple-Consoles-or-with-Multiple-Accounts
