I still can't play the game

I can log in, but I can't go anywhere. Game crashes wherever I go, it's beyond frustrating at this point. I can't load any destinations, I'm stuck in orbit.

Nvidia GPU? Try turning off the Shader Cache in the driver contro panel, reboot and play again.
