Suggestion: Segregate F2P players and paid players
At least for PvP I would suggest to implement a system like CSGO where prime (paid) lobbies are separate from free to play lobbies in order to confront hackers. I encounter a hacker every few matches using blue weapons and is top fragging in QP which is very frustrating and requiring two factor authentication for comp and trials wasn't enough as it is still swarmed with hackers so best course of action would be to separate paid and f2p players because honestly if someone uses hacks even after paying for all the DLCs and grinding weapons how much do you bet will they be willing to buy it all again and grind it all again once they eventually get banned?

I Guess your wish won't come true. To fill the PvP was one of the major Reasons to introduce f2p. Not that I wouldn't like it just saying won't happen. Imo they should cancel f2p at all.

How are you possibly getting a hacker every few matches? I mean I agree with keeping ftp out of comp/trials. But every few matches?
