I'm 1331 and I tried the master lost sector on the moon and 2 code duello rockets while stunned didn't kill him as he started to regen right as my second rocket hit.I can't stand overload chanpions :(

My Overload champion buster for any Fallen based lost sector is running Risk Runner with Overload mod. I've completed all the lost sectors and farmed for the exotics like that, and it was mostly a breeze. You still have to be on the lookout for the other mobs, and carry a anti-shield weapon, but otherwise it should be relatively easy.
