The players that will be screaming the most will be on PS4/Xbox one consoles..
I know it was wrong to have 100% mobility with QuickDraw...
But console players playing at 30fps will be 🤢 if they do not have high handling weapons in their inventory due to using/depending on this perk to make the gameplay feel better.

Maybe on Ps4 or Xbox One but PS5 and Series X get 60fps (& 120hz with the enhanced settings) now.
