Transfer Failed
I transfer my character from battle.net before the December 20,2020 but my character never showed up when I decided to replay the game again after that date.

Allo there, Unfortunately nothing can be done now as the transfer has ended. If you had checked before the cut off then we could have helped but now that it's passed the cut off date those characters are now lost.
