• Please specify which ports are used to connect to your servers? The fact is that it is impossible to connect through a router, but through the mobile Internet the game starts correctly. ISP of the mobile Internet is the same as that of the home

 • Hi again. If you can successfully connect to Destiny 2 through your mobile hotspot but can't connect through your router indicates that your router is blocking your connection. You may wanr to review our Advanced Steps Networking Guide for information on UPnP, NAT, and Port Forwarding.

 • 1. Directly connected to the network, 2. programs and devices were turned off, 3.Cache was cleaned 25 times, 4. overloaded the equipment for power supply, reset to factory settings did 5.the tracing was done, no problems were found on the part of the ISP 6.NAT type changed, UPnP is connected 7. IPV6 no connectivity 8.Ports are not blocked by the ISP with the help of sony support, we did the reconstruction of the console data, fully updated the software and reinstalled the game three times. All online games work perfectly, ONLY DESTINY HAVE PROBLEMS! the problem is on your side. help me decide, I'm tired the seventh day of doing this
