I was attempting to complete the Symphony of Death exotic Quest and In spite of doing at least 3 different public events in the Hellmouth the Festering Bone will not drop. Is it not enough to have the public event end and have the banner appear across the top of the screen that says, "Event Completed?" Do I need to actually beat the event? Is there only a certain percent chance that the festering bone will drop and I just have terrible luck? Or am I encountering some sort of glitch?
