Naw. They should keep it the same. All they did was take a hunter smoke and a Titan suppression nade and combine them with a few added effects. I personally don't see a reason to change them. The weapon in accuracy should stay. Maybe not be that huge were if someone is in your face you have the same aim as dude in a million ways to die in the west but you should not be able to still be on target when getting hit with a debuff like that. Hell hunter smoke does nearly the same thing, the only difference being it doesn't officially make your accuracy worse but if you can't see shit it might as well be the same thing.

  • Okay no I won't say that because 1) gemini jesters were a thing in this game long before stasis, has like a 15 meter radius where it affects players even through walls and the closer you get the more disoriented you are which lowers weapon accuracy and movement speed so that's nothing new. 2) your issue in terms of the dodge seems to be with gamblers dodge specifically which is on ALL hunter subclasses not just stasis. It's always been able to give back melee energy, idr if it also gives back grenade energy but it's nothing new. Now I will agree that duskfield is ridiculous but only because of how big the "suck zone" is. You act as though there are grenades in this game that don't also have large radiuses. Solar and vortex nades, titan lightening nades, skip nades which can literally follow you all the way around a map. Let's not forget suppression nades which can literally take people out of their super. So having something that's not a super be able to kill you in terms of ability IS NOTHING NEW.

  • You're putting words in my mouth. I don't have issues with anything you listed...except that they're all wrong. Solar/Vortex Grenades don't pull you into the middle of them, Gambler's Dodge doesn't provide two free kills when you're playing subclasses other than Revenant, and Gemini Jesters don't affect accuracy or movement speed.

  • As for the two free kills on gamblers dodge, there's literally 2 hunter classes I can think of where that is anything and that's bottom tree goldie and and literally any nightstalker class if you combine vortex nades and smoke nades albeit requires more precision

  • Gotta aim the one-shot knife. Ain't gotta aim shurikens. Heavy knife doesn't bounce to other targets after hitting one. Shuriken does. And, again, shurikens apply nine debuffs. Feel like you're just glossing over that. Nightstalkers get one melee back when they Gambler's and have to use a grenade alongside the melee to guarantee the kill. You know what doesn't? Give you three guesses. You know, I forgot about the grenades. Revenants can also run a fragment that gives them back 50% grenade energy when they shatter something. Another thing to add to the pile of truly gross capabilities Revenants have.

  • I'm not glossing over anything. A single shuriken doesn't kill unless a target is already frozen. Also they don't track unless they're banked off of something much in the way that weighted knife works. In fact, with that exotic that gives weighted knife an additional bounce it's actually better than shuriken. Also you can see shurikens coming. You don't see the knives coming.

  • I didn't say that they did, what I said was they have large AoE, just like duskfield, which only has a large AoE because of the suck zone which they're nerfing and yes gemini jesters do affect those if you're within a 5m radius. Your screen turns grey, you literally move slow af, and you can't shoot straight. Very similar to getting hit with that suppressing shield bash.
