Looking at your highest level character, the power level of your combined gear is 1305 and you would need a total +6 more power combined between higher level items in your inventory in order to receive 1308 pinnacles from +2 sources (raid, dungeons, etc.) and 1307 from +1 sources (crucible weekly, strikes weekly, etc.).
