- Higher camera sensitivity for console players.
(It feels really slow even at the highest sensitivity setting and I think a change like this is necessary especially since cross-play is on the horizon.)
- Control over Aim-Assist Strength with controller.
(Been having lots of trouble with aim assist lately moving my aim way too far in one direction or off target which can be frustrating)
- Control over menu cursor speed
(For some reason the menu cursor on console isn’t very consistent with its speed. I find that it moves slower on some menus and faster in others. For example: the menu cursor moves a bit faster on the Europa map but slower on the Nessus map? Idk why but once you play for a while you really start to notice it.)
These are just a few things I think will make the game feel way better on console. There are probably a lot more things that can be improved so just comment below some more QoL changes :)

1 ReplyAll great points! Just wanna add: dead zone control and rotation curve. Even on high sensitivity it takes way too long for the camera to reach max speed.

1 ReplyI play on 10 sens with traction and it’s still too slow on my series X. Especially when I use chaos reach it really puts into perspective how much a sensitivity slider would do good for us.

15 RepliesImagine playing on a console lol

3 RepliesThe traction mod on boots should also be intrinsic as the turn speed on console is abysmal without it which from what I’ve seen isn’t a problem on PC. Seems kinda silly a mod slot has to be used up on a mod just to make it feel like it should by default

1 ReplyI wish they would add a separate sensitivity for ads. I’d prefer a faster look around speed and a slower ads sensitivity.

6 RepliesThe aim assist at the moment is awful. I've never noticed it before but lately...man. I've had an enemy in my gunfights and another enemy passes behind that target and the damn aim assist drags it off to follow the new enemy. Super frustrating.

2 RepliesTaking a moment to thank Bungie for the upcoming shader selection screen -

1 ReplyTo add, how about making a slider control for those material turn in's in bulks of 100s to 1000s? Pressing ' O ' for half an hour with big Daddy Spider staring is welcoming but unwelcoming on my thumbs.

1 ReplyThese are controller issues, not just console. Menu cursor speed would be a huge add.

1 ReplyJust throwing this out there, but we need a FOV slider on the Xbox one S. COD and Apex legends both run fine with it on last gen, and console is going to need it to compete with PC.

Also, Traction should be built in, we shouldn't have to use a mod slot on it when PC users don't have to.

Mouse and keyboard support would be amazing
-
A separation from sensitivity and ADS sensitivity would be awesome too considering on consoles it feels wayyyyy too low on max sensitivity when running around but then the ADS sensitivity is just too much and it bothers the heck outta me

Make traction a setting instead of a mod.

1 ReplyThe aim assist feels so much better on d1 than d2. I don't know why they messed it up.

In orbit on Steam you used to be able to press B/Circle when using a controller to open a mini-menu that let you do things like open menus and even change character, would be nice to see this added to the console version too since it sucks trying to change characters. (it's a minor thing but still)

1 ReplyHonestly menu cursor speed would make my day
