At the end of heroic lost sectors and opening the chest the rewards for getting a platinum clear or gold clear are not being issued and the graphic stating what level you got is not appearing. I cleared E15 about a dozen times today and only three or four of them "counted." I searched the known issues page and it didn't appear, sorry if I am wrong to post this. I had success getting a proper clear after restarting the game, but it seemed to only work correctly on the first clear and reverted to no graphic and no rewards on subsequent clears.
