Can't deactivate cross-save.
"Cross Save cannot be unlinked for 3 days because you’ve purchased Silver on your PlayStation Network account recently." I haven't purchased silver in an extremely long time, haven't even bought the new season yet. I have the wrong steam account attached and I'm willing to bite the bullet and deactivate just to wait 90 days, so long as I can finally get my PS characters on PC. But now I run into this roadblock. Any way to get around this?

Bungie will remove cross save they did it for me because I purchased silver and wanted to remove PC and PSN from my Xbox cross save. It did in fact take them 3 full business days to complete it though.
