If you follow the troubleshooting tips on this page and still don't receive your Silver and season pass, fill out the contact form at the bottom: https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497031-Contact-Form-Missing-Silver If you received the Silver, you can verify you have the season pass on your account by going to the Season tab. The bottom row of rewards for the ranks you've achieved so far should be unlocked.
