Unlinking banned ps4 account from bungie account
Hello bungie,
I can't seem to find a way to directly contact you. I am trying to unlink my playstation account from bungie so I can enable the cross save between PC and XBOX. Long story short, my playstation account has been permabanned; playstation autorenewed their yearly online charge after I had sold the console, and they would not refund the charge so my bank refunded it for me, causing them to permaban the account because I refused to pay for a service I couldn't even use.
When I try to unlink the playstation account, it requires me to sign in. When I sign in, I get an error stating this account has been permabanned and will not let me sign in, even though I was able to successfully change the password to login in hopes of unlinking that garbage company.
Please sever the ps4 link from my bungie account.

Hello. You can’t unlink an account without being able to authenticate it. You’ll need to move your accessible accounts to a new Bungie profile in order to cross save. All emblems tied to your current Bungie profile will not carry over to the new one.
