Merged my Old and New Accounts and now I lost 200 silver, and the entirety of my battle pass, with no "refund" of silver to compensate.

I originally played Destiny 2 on the Xbox but stopped after I beat the game, I then started playing again on steam, so I made a new Hunter where I bought the battle pass, but then later I merged my old account into the new one with cross-save and I lost all my glimmer (not worried about that) 200 silver I had, and all the items I got from the battle pass. I was just wondering if there is any way to get in contact with bungie about this.

You do not merge accounts when activating cross-save. You make one platform your primary account that you play on all linked platforms. Anything you had from Steam is still there on your Steam account. That account is just dormant while cross-save is active.

  • There is no merging of accounts, you have 2 sets of characters and you use one or the other. If you set up Cross-save for the original Console set of characters then you lose access to your PC characters, unless you deactive Cross-save and then you could select your PC characters for Cross-save. (after a 3 month wait period). Your old characters still have the Silver and the DLC licence, but you cannot transfer them from one playform to another.
