I am having an issue with the Cross Saving across all platforms- So just yesterday me and a friend of mines Crossed Saved our characters to other platforms, FOR ME I cross saved to Steam for future preparation in case I get a PC- My Guardian (W/ Power Level of 1267, She's a Awoken Warlock) was originally made and worked on Stadia, now, after Cross Saving I went on Stadia, to play Destiny 2, as I do some of the time, when I logged in, my character wasn't even there- it sent me straight to the create a guardian screen (this also happened to my friend as well) after panicking and freaking out, I went directly to bungie's cross save and deactivated it to get back my character on Stadia, there was an Auth for steam, considering it was my account I confirmed it being so, after doing that, it was Authenticated- I went to check on Stadia again to see if my Warlock was safe and god forbid, she wasn't-
it sent me to 'create a guardian' once again, I went back to bungie's cross save site and I saw it mentioned an error about silver purchase that I spent WEEKS ago before cross saving, and it's telling me that it is an issue
I need help, I need my guardian back! How do I resolve this issue! Not just for me but for my friend too, we both lost our Guardian. And the issue (Even after Authenticating) was NOT resolved!
Please, is there any way to fix this, and is there any way to contact Bungie? I need support and help with this issue

1 ReplyYou have set up cross save backwards. You picked your Steam account with no characters to be the cross save account. That is why you're presented with a create a new character prompt on Stadia and Steam. If your intention was to make the Stadia account the cross save account then go to this page, https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=48099 and scroll to the bottom where there is a contact form link. Click it and fill in the information requesting Bungie to switch your cross save account from Steam to Stadia.
