Um no. This game is still way to popular for it to die in the matter of weeks. There are nearly 200 million players. You are way overreacting. Edit: All I’m saying is the game is not dead and far from it. My numbers are wrong I know, but you know what I’m trying to say

People that are pro sbmm don't remember what happened to the population when it was taken out of D2. Or what happened to the population when it was put in D1 Y2. Or what happened to the population of literally any other traditional fps game that ever used sbmm. Grow a pair of thumbs Edit: the kds of the people that replied are 0.95 and 0.6. Destiny is definitely dying....definitely when they banned my clan mate (who never used cheating software) and she did use a bug the day after the expansion came out and admitted in her appeal that she was wrong for that....but thanks destiny....banning her made half my clan stop playing. Maybe if you’d answer your appeal notices and had better forms of customer service including making better content you wouldn’t lose players.

Agree. PvP was fun with SBMM but it sucks since they removed it, the only people that like it now are pubstompers, PvP Streamers and Youtubers, the average and below average Player hates it and just does it for the pinnacle and even those 3 rounds suck. all those people moan about SBMM taking so long to find a game are just liars. i remember Top 1% PvP Streamers instantly find games (ALL OF THEM) all the time, never had to wait for matches, maybe a couple of seconds (SECONDS) more than now. all those "stories" about having to wait 10 minutes for a match are all lies. they want CBMM to stomp noobs and allexcuses to counter that argument are also lies because the data doesnt lie. "oh i want to have fun and use other loadouts than META" -> Streamers and Sweats still run their META Loadout as before, no changes, "i want to relax and dont sweat every round" -> translation: i want to farm noobs and boost my fake KD. this btw is the biggest problem, with SBMM active everyone had to sweat, even the average 1.0 KD Player fighting other 1.0 KD Players but without SBMM it's just the Top Players farming noobs. All of my Friends left the Game, nobody wants to play it and they all say the same things -> there is no content, pvp isnt fun when you get stomped most of the time, the game runs bad since BL (still no fix for that btw) and more. i cant blame them, i dont want to play the game either, i had 18 DSC Runs, still no Exotic while others found them 3x with half the runs wich is unfair. i dont see me playing this game much longer, maybe a Vault of Glass run in the future but i'm not spending a single cent on this anymore. Bungie doesnt want us anymore, they ignore our feedback and all they say is "we are listening" but in reality they dont give a damn. they dont care about PvE wich is why they let us farm old loot that we already farmed for hours AGAIN, they dont care about PvP wich doenst got a single new map with beyong light............ even stupid curse of osiris gave the pvp crowd more content. it's a shame, i wish bungie would just sell the Destiny IP to Microsoft or so....

i definitely have been playing alot less. and havent been spending money in D2 either. removing sbmm really killed pvp for the majority of casuals. and stasis didnt help either. in fact this game is becoming far far far less casual , and harder for casual players to get into. sunsetting took alot of my loot and gear away and so much new loot is locked behind raids, dungeons , trials , all non matchmade activities. if i want to just jump on and play some 6v6 for a few hours on a sat or sun its basically impossible, its just a stompfest. people just speed run strikes, and gambit has always been boring af bungie is pushing away their casual players (which made up the majority of player btw)

I was exaggerating a little when i said die.. But the reality will be players will leave the game as they have now and or only do what they have to .. If pve content is not interesting to keep them or have enough incentives people will do what they need to then go play other games .. PVP will still be purging players like a busted dam because Bungie refuse to address the utter unbalance they created by removal of SBMM and allowing sweats to purposely stack to farm KD or other things. The end result is longer matchmaking queues, less populated areas

The consensus is that the game continues to regress. I’m playing less and have less interest in playing. This coming from an addict. The clan camaraderie remains fun and the shooting mechanics are still the best I’ve ever experienced on console. Everything else? Meh. I agree with you regarding a player exodus. I’ve started looking at playing some other games because this one isn’t looking to be worth playing too much longer.

Your complaints are accurate and valid, but the game is far from dead. There are is a whole new group coming in that's here because of ftp, and they're sticking around and enjoying it... some of them anyway. I sure do wish they'd watch some videos and get caught up on the tricks though... lol.

Do you really think these Stasis PvP only changes will NOT affect PvE... Ya ok...
