Bungie Reward error with ebook

Hi, Tuesday I tried to claim my discount code for the ebook grimoire anthology volume 1. It failed because there was an error. I have fully completed the Get in the Spirit triumph. How can I get the code to which I am entitled? Thanks

Hello, Could you tell me more about the error because on Tuesday some bungie services go down for matience and that is what would have happened, also the time to redeem the code was until Jan 8th
