they are really behind on their order, i would suggest to check on your order and the estimated shipping, if pass that, contact them for an update.

I have done both for my order over a month ago and haven't gotten a reply. Hopefully something gets fixed soon because I ordered close to a year ago and I'm moving next month.

If you didn't already mention your move in any of your previous tickets, please create a new one for it so it's on record. If you already mentioned your move in a previous ticket, you're all set. Unfortunately, because of the current state of the world with the various things going on, it's caused order processing issues and shipping issues, both on Bungie's side and the manufacturers' sides. I hope you can get what you ordered before you move, good luck, Guardian!
