cross save
I recently tried to link my xb live too my cross save but my xb hotmail differs from my current hotmail. so I now have a newly made account linked to my cross save and no way of accessing this account to remove it from cross save. Is there any advice as to what I can do to remedy this?

1 ReplyAccounts cannot be removed from bungie.net profiles while cross save is enabled. If you added the wrong XBox account to your cross save set up, then the only way to fix it is by disabling cross save, removing the account, adding the correct account, then waiting 90 days before you can re-enable the cross save feature. There are no exceptions to the 90 day lock out after disabling cross save. And unfortunately, disabling cross save is required before you can remove an account from your profile.
