Specifically my problem is with the "No time to explain" Ornament, which I got from pre-ordering D2 BL on Steam. With my new Xbox Series S I went back to my original space on Xbox. But I can't access the ornament anymore despite it being "unlocked" in my collection.
Now, is this a collection issue or an issue with the license from the microsoft store?
I can use the D2 base game (vanilla) pre-order items from Xbox on Steam, as a sidenote.

Licensed content is not available to switch to or collect from Collections while you're playing on a platform that doesn't own that licensed content. Licensed content does not transfer with Cross-Save. If you wish to use the licensed content, first, you'll need to play on the platform you own it on and switch it out (such as applying the Ornament to the NTtE or pulling an item from Collections), and once it's applied, you can then play on the other platform with the weapon looking as it should.
