• The only aspect (hehe get it) of stasis that I think needs a nerf is shatterdive and its radius. I feel like I can get cross mapped by it sometimes.

The op wants stasis as a whole gone because they can't make common sense arguments or changes let alone a paragraph.

 •
Yeah I mean maybe a tweak or two too how frozen mechanics work but other than that its pretty great.
I don't really even use stasis because of how slow it is compared to most subclasses. Yea its a cc monster but its slow and rely on unnecessary theatrics and setup for devastating results. I've used middletree arcstrider to send a hunter or warlocks projectiles back at them and pop them with the pole then bag em. A throwing knife to the head still solves most of my issues. There are counters but people wanna use what don't work and what they like rather whay is necessary to win. Bad players won't even use stasis itself so I know they won't use the counters.

 • Yeah I feel that, I use shadebinder in normal crucible but really only use my super, and when mayhem is in rotation i use top tree nova. In pve I either use Shadebinder, bottom tree nova, or Well. Stasis can sometimes be cracked, like I solo'd two supers and clutched an elimination game, but its not cracked all the time. The pvp scene has had issues for a long time, stasis is but a small part of the actual problem.

Adored was a gag gun and a horrible replacement for beloved it has a perk that does nothing for the gun useless gun made viable only because of sunset. The maps and lack there of is shameful. Still don't know how its fair for streamers and legends/unbroken/flawless players to poop on average and low skilled people dumb logic and solelybthe streamers fault.

 • I totally agree, the lack of original maps is quite pitiful and the constant flow of reskinned weapons is disappointing. The pvp meta seems to always be the same, hand canons, felwinters, and a mixture of snipers. Bungie really needs to expand their choices because recently the more of the same.

Map choices, lack of weapons, lack of meaningful loot, lack of a sbmm, and overall lack reason to play for non pvp mains. I main pvp so I love it regardless but for pve and gambit its a dumpster fire and as a pvp main I agree just not about knee jerk changes that why its crappy or unnecessary changes because that degrades or for worse changes the game.

 • Yeah, I am more of a pve player, I am not huge on pvp in games. One of the main reasons why I keep playing isn't for the loot. I'm just a huge fan of the lore and story. The community are very strange because from what i see is that they will never be happy. I do agree there are several things about the game rn that need to be fixed, sunsetting, loot, abilities, trials, pvp, the list goes on. Imo Bungie has earplugs in and they are trying their best, but they seem to be focused on the wrong things, and if they don't do something they will have even more of an issue then before. I'm not one to partake in drama, I just want to read the book of sorrow a couple times and then do a raid or two and then call it a day.

I don't csre for drama either but I say my piece because I do not want the narrative to change and give the false illusion that the detractors speak for the majority which they do not. Pvp is going back to how it was in D1 which is utter chaos and a battle with power fantasy and abilities not handcannon and shotguns. Stasis is how al subclasses should be. If stasis is oppressive can you imagine how broken Solar unchained or Arc unchained would be? Solar was DoT dmg king in D1 and Arc was chained destruction.
