Augment Obsession
I have been doing the augmented obsession triumph and working on it each week and my progress hasn’t counted for the previous weeks and I have been running it every week with friends I’m pretty sure this is broken because my friends have progress, can anyone help.

You have a number of Augment Triumphs that are at 1/3 or 2/3, so it looks like you hacked one terminal in one region and then hacked 2 in an adjacent region. You'll need to wait for the Eclipsed Zone to rotate so that you can pickup a scanner for that group of regions to hack the remaining terminals.
