Can't setup cross save
Hello,
I am trying to setup cross save and I can't get it to work for the life of me. I click on Cross save --> Get Started and then I'm prompted with...
[b]"Cross Save requires Battle.net users to migrate to Steam.
You have Battle.net linked to your Bungie.net account. To Cross Save, you must migrate to Steam or unlink Battle.net." [/b]
When I go to click "migrate to steam", it doesn't work, presumably because the transfer service isn't active anymore. When I click "unlink battle.net" It takes me to my connections page and battle.net isn't even listed as a connection that I can unlink. Ideally I would like to have my Xbox be my main account that the cross save is based off of. Any ideas? Thanks.

1 ReplyAs of December 1, it is not possible to log in via Blizzard through bungie.net, so you cannot unlink that account or set up Cross Save while it's linked. Please fill out the contact form at the bottom of the following article and tell Bungie that you would like to enable Cross Save but your Battlenet account is preventing you from doing so. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=48099
