Instant Death spot on Hallowed Lair Strike.
There is a spot on the hallowed lair strike where if you stand there you instantly die for no reason at all. Figured I should report that issue here.

I've encountered this terrain bug also. Its the piece of metal jutting out thats causing the deaths. It doesnt just happen during Hallowed Lair strike either. It happens during normal play in the same area known as Quitter's Well on Tangled Shore. Here's my video as further proof.
