DRIFTER KEEPS FLASHING
This has been one of the most annoying bugs I’ve encountered in the game - the drifter continued to flash in the annex even though he has no quests or bounties for me to pick up. PLEASE fix this. I think it the bug started occurring when i started the malfeasance quest - i’ve since abandoned it just to get rid of this annoying bug but it’s still happening.

Yeah I have the same issue, end up going to him every time at the tower to try and make it go away. It's happening on all 3 characters of mine so doubt it's just a quest glitched for one
