Ok, so first of all, bungie needs better help support. Because I can't never get a reply on any kind of support message I send to them on any platform. It's kind of bullshit when you pay hard earned money for a product there doesn't fully work correctly THEN can't even get support for said product.
Anyway, about a week before Beyond Light was to be release on Nov 10th, I had noticed that after reset my bright dust was at 0. So I sent a message to @bungiehelp on twitter. Got nada back. So I just ignored it and moved on with my life. Then after release I downloaded the game and installed fresh because I had to because I switched my OS from my hard disk drive to my new solid state drive. Installed the game had no issues at all except a few strange bugs here and there but nothing serious. All of a sudden a couple days ago I start getting broccoli error code crashes. So I went online researched and tried all of the many different troubleshooting methods everyone else has tried with no success. I thought maybe it was because I have my CPU & GPU both overclocked. So I just killed my overclocking on my CPU and GPU. Guess what happened? Yup broccolis nasty ass showed up again... I've sent messages to @bungiehelp on twitter again and no reply thus far. What is the frickin deal man? Some help would be very much appreciated. Since I can't even play your product. THANKS. 🙄
