Lost Lament Not Progressing - Exo Challenge
Step 5 of 11.
Ran last weeks Exo Challenge a couple of days ago and no progress so waited til this weeks Exo Challenge and completed that and still no progress. Any workaround with out deleting the quest and starting over?

It's January 15th and I finally got the chance to work on this quest. It's still bugged on step 5. I completed Similuation: Safeguard several times and the quest never progressed. I also red from other responses in this post, and deleted the quest, hoping I'd be able to pick it back up from the tower kiosk or Banshee, but the quest doesn't show up for either of them. This is extremely frustrating.

Yeah, I completed the Exo Challenge but the quest still says I didn't complete it. Feels bad. =( Will have to wait to try and run the Exo Challenge on my other two characters because they are under leveled.

I can’t claim the reward from banshee And nobody on the forums will even dignify my issue I don’t get how bungie won that award 😂

So I thought clearing the quest would help but now it’s gone.

1 ReplyI had this problem today as well. I joined a friend nearly done with the mission and didn't get credit. I did the mission by myself after and still didn't get credit. I Then abandoned the lament quest and reacquired it from the tower kiosk and tried the mission again, this time it progressed. It does seem bugged but if you abandon the quest you can get it back from the step you left off. It may take a couple tries hopefully just one after getting the quest again to progress it.

Please Moderators escalate this to a Mentor and then up to Bungie. Bungie please acknowledge the issue in Known Issues: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/49651 Obviously it's a key, new item for the DLC and it has been bugged for several weeks. Acknowledgement would be the first step for us to know you are looking into it with appropriate priority. Thanks.

Did this last week and this week still stuck on the Lament step. Exo completed did progress Variks as well as reward Powerfuls but not Lament. It's bugged. Mentor please acknowledge and escalate for fix.

At this point they should just skip step 5.
