Hi there!
The shadowkeep + season pass only granted you the season pass for season 8-11. To receive the season pass for season 12-15 you need to buy the beyond light +season pass pack.

I know that. I bought everything. In the description of Shadowkeep Digital Deluxe Edition it was written that for the purchase of a season pass if you already have an active previous one, you will be credited with Silver. I was never credited with anything.

This means if we were in season 10 f.e. and you buy the shadowkeep + season pass for season 8-11 you would have been gifted with silver for the seasons you already own in this time period. This silver exchange does not work for seasons past 11.
