Good day jim-jams. As you may know, I have been president for the last 6 months. The time for another election has come, and I would like to leave the decision of whether or not I run again up to the beautiful people that voted me in last June.
My previous campaign was that of one giant shitpost, and I was elected mostly for the joke of it. I’m proud to make history as the first shitposting President. It is my personal belief that the joke has gotten old. If I were to run again, I would stick to what I’m good at and just make a fool out of myself for your votes, but we’ve all seen that before. I have been encouraged to run again by some, and advised not to by others, but I myself believe it is time for some new blood.
However, it would be unfair of me, your humble public servant (overlord) to deprive you if by some offchance you want my ass locked in the office again (I gave my wombat secretary a key but I think he put it in my sandwich) which is why you will decide if I should throw my comically large Viking helmet into the ring, or calmly recede back into the pond. Your choice.
I should also mention this is not an announcement post. I will not need your 5 bumps unless you decide I should run again, in which case I will make a separate post.
Thank you, and sleep well
President (Overlord) Girraffalope, out

You did great, but I believe one term Max is a good way to keep OT fresh.

As one of your original bumpers in last term's election, I am proud have you as my president, and believe you have done a good job to represent the office in an appropriately shitposty fashion. However, if I were to vote for you again, I would want something new or improved about your platform, show the electorate a different side of you that would make you an appealing candidate in a unique way fron before. If you feel content in your current state and wish to remain your usual self, I see no shame in that, but would reccomend that you do not seek re-election. Tldr: You were a good president, but I'm looking to see what else the office can be used for, if you want to provide something new, great! Run again. If not, there is no shame in retiring on top.

I’m running against you madam President. Your actions of late have cast a decidedly untrustworthy light on your mental health. However, know that you have served honorably and well.
Sorry, all out of salt.
