For anyone still hoping and looking for a fix. Clearing my Nvidia Shader Cache worked.
1.) Disable shader cache in Nvidia Control Panel
2.) Restart PC
3.) Program Data (This is a hidden folder you need to enable seeing them in your explorer) -> Nvidia Corporation -> NV_Cache -> Delete files inside.
4.) Enable shader cache in Nvidia Control Panel
5.) Restart Computer

This worked for me too. Thanks so much. I had crashes when loading into Europa and noticeable stutters in menus when loading up the game. GTX 1080.
