Preorder stuff not registered

I have preordered Beyond Light Deluxe Edition, but I have not been able to acquire the emblem, Ghost shell or emote in-game. In Eververse store it also says that I may acquire Beyond Light (I understand if this doesn't quite register until the launch of the expansion), and when I press "acquire" it says that I already own it. However, I still cannot claim the preorder things. Everything seems to have downloaded nicely, and I can see the different packs under "Latest installed". Am I missing a step, or is it an error of some kind?

  • Hello. Xbox players need to highlight D2 on the Dashboard, click "Manage game & add-ons" and install the Beyond Light items in the "Ready to install" area. Then, relaunch D2 and view the Cryptarch's inventory in the Tower to claim these items. If they do not appear, please try the following steps below: • Open the MS App and navigate to the specific bundle you purchased. • Select the “Install” button. • “ready to install” for Destiny 2 in “My games & apps” should now be populated with the missing DLC. Do the steps again outlined earlier. If re-installing the bundle doesn’t populate “ready to install”, please try the following steps below: • Open the MS App. • Search for “Destiny 2: Beyond Light Pre-Order Pack” and select it from the search results. • On the product page, select Install. • For Deluxe Edition owners, repeat the above steps for “Destiny 2: Beyond Light Exotic Emote” • Wait for those download(s) to complete and then log back onto Destiny 2.
