PvP restriction due to connection issues however numbers tell a different story (kinda)

Hey guys! I received a restriction from PvP activities yesterday, a 2 week restriction. I know that Bungie most likely won't reply to this post, which is fine but maybe someone in the community can give me a hand here. I am not here to argue against the restriction (maybe a little bit) but more like talk about it. For the past week or so I have been playing a lot of solo queue survival trying to get Luna's Howl (I was bored) I am an okay player. During those matches I didn't get any "connecting to destiny 2 servers" messages, nor disconnected from any matches however I was in a couple matches in which a teammate and a opposing player disconnected but I didn't. I checked my stats on Destiny tracker to see how I performed in the matches I played before I got the restriction. Who knows, maybe I was playing way worst or way better than usual due to a bad connection I didn't notice at the time that might have affected others, however my stats in those matches, matched almost perfectly to my all time PvP stats. They were a couple of matches in which I played poorly, yeah but in those matches the opposing team (according to Destiny tracker) had players that were a higher rating than I am aka players that are better than me which somewhat explains why I played poorly. The poor connection quality section of the destiny account restrictions and banning policies help page says the following "Bungie may issue restrictions or bans to accounts that have consistent unstable connections when playing Destiny, as this negatively impacts other players." Going by my numbers from destiny tracker my performance was basically the same it has always been, but now I get a restriction for it? I know the numbers don't tell a full story but I feel like they do tell a lot here. I tried to use the appeal contact form however I keep getting an error message "We've encountered an error, please try again later." so I decided to make this post. I also checked the forums and saw a handful of post talking about PvP restrictions and bad connections which makes me think, maybe something was happening with the servers that might have lead to my restriction. I have been playing Destiny 2 on pc since it launched on battle net until this week and I have never received any restrictions until recently. The first restriction I got was a couple weeks ago when I was trying to load into the tower. Usually if I get the classic "connecting to destiny 2 servers" more than a couple times I just get off the game. It's not fun to play with lag. So I was wondering, is there a way I can contact Bungie about this situation besides the forum and the contact form that isn't working for me? Also is there a way for me to check my connection status while the game is running besides looking out for "connecting to destiny 2 servers" message? I'd really like to know because if I am not mistaken if I get another restriction it might be two months. I know there's a possibility that there might have been some type of connection issue that may had affected other players that I didn't notice but I feel like if that was the case the numbers would reflect it. Anyways, muchas gracias de antemano por su ayuda.
