Why make a better game, when they can make good enough game to get players to buy Silver? It is just really smart business to prey on easy customers. If there was no demand, there would be no market. Players caused this demand, so Bungie answered.

2 RepliesI love how all the people who never even farm all the bounties are suddenly out in force. “DOn’T nErF My brIgHt DuSt!” You complain about bounty fatigue for a year, so Bungie reduces incentive to mindlessly grind bounties. Now you suddenly want to do every single weekly bounty in the game, every single week. It’s impossible to please this community.

Half that means 23,400 is being replaced with only 7500. This move by bungie will stop players playing once max level is reached. Why would you chase 100 bright. Normally for me max power level is 3 weeks into a season and max season pass level is 2 weeks, Well done bungie. Casual playing = dead game

Funny how reaching season level 100 is considered some huge achievement by bungo. They obviously haven't checked their stats. How many players are into level 200 - 500 or even higher this season? I know I am at 400 plus just through playing each night. No bright dust rewards once past level 100 except for your weekly quota. Mmm glad I've been saving up.

The nerfed the availability of Bright Dust and made the grind for it so hard that people will say, "phuc it, I will just pay for it" at the eververse store!!

Ya know, the more I thought no about the BD change the less I care. Cosmetics are of zero interest to me. I'm mostly first person in the game anyhoo 😉 But the core & prism changes must be a bet or inside joke troll..

It's only bad for those that play 3 characters. And since the only reason to play 3 characters (outside of "I want to experience the other classes" that is) is to grind more, there's really nothing keeping you from focusing on one character now. I mean, who really gives a crap about most of the stuff in the bright dust store anyways? It's almost always garbage (obviously they have a couple good things in it every time, but they've never had a 100% excellent set of items) anyways, and nobody should be stupid enough to buy every single item that comes into the bright dust store whether they'll actually use it or not. This isn't an issue. Play the class you enjoy most to grind out dust on, and save it up for the things you REALLY want, and will REALLY use. That way you'll always have enough for what you'll actually use, and you'll still get a fair amount of dust for the effort put in. This is ONLY a problem if you grind on three characters, and considering how many of you whined and cried about how tedious the grind was, it's kind of funny that now they're reducing the amount of grinding needed and you're all mad about it.

Less work for me. Past few seasons worth of Eververse items have been meh anyway. Found a few nice emotes though that I honestly never use.

Yea dear god it’s all they’ve been doing for the past week is just nerfing. I was hyped for the dlc but after seeing all this my hype is dying down
