Hey there! Does it show in your code redemption history? If not, this is a reason why you are not able to claim your emblem on Steam. Special emblems are tied to your Bungie.net profile. If you wish to access the emblem, you will need to log onto your other Bungie.net profile linked below and have your Steam account linked to that profile instead of the one being used for this conversation.
