Anyone buying any game solely off of a video and doesn't do any research, they are part of the problem with gaming today and it doesn't matter what company is created what game. Rules I go by for myself. 1. The #1 thing I look out for with any game is the companies actions no matter what company it is. 2. The amount of effort they put into their game creating content and updates no matter the update or content. 3. I never pre-order from a company that continually makes promises they are unable to keep. 4. Never ever buy a game off of a video, that is just asking for trouble. 5. I look at what any game has to offer. If it's a game like Fortnite, I won't even have a second thought about it and just pass it on by, It's just not worth my time with a company that focuses mainly on microtransaction or seasonal content then actually creating a decent game. Now, if all these things I listed are close to being on the positive side, that benefits the player base? I will have a second thought about it and see how things play out. There are too many gaming companies out today that are only looking for that buck and can care less about their player base.
