most likely some software was detected. run any cheats/macro's/aimbots/trainers for any other games? do any streaming? some coding/compiling software for school projects can trigger anti-cheat as well.

I just built my PC and I don’t even have anything but destiny 2 I just turned on my PC and went to login and it say you have been there for further information got a bungie.net/ban

list out any/all software except windows and anti-virus. running any special mouse and/or keyboard software? msi overlay by chance?

I have a mouse that allows me to change the speed of my ADS

if you can change it to something the game normally wouldn't allow that could very well be the issue.

well, it would give you an advantage that other players didn't have. pretty much the definition of cheating as far as bungie is concerned.
