The Polaris Lance Catalyst is not properly tracking and recognizing Perfect Fifth kills. I have hardly gotten 2 points of progress today and have been using the weapon for over an hour. I have definitely watched many thrall, acolytes, knights, and other enemies die to either the immediate explosion or the fire damage. This is an annoying issue and makes me not want to even bother with the weapon. I felt like something was off the last time I was using it as I was deliberately trying to make sure that the explosion is what killed the enemy. However, it did not feel like I was getting credit for all of the kills I got. This issue needs to be fixed.
