Seeing all of your posts start with the same complaint of no support and yet the last post you made was properly answered by a mentor your best bet is to just ask your issue as even the help accounts need to know what you need in order to help you. Truth be told your issue is most likely not unique and is probably already answered in the articles and they will either link you there or tell you thanks for the report and they will look into it.

The critical predisposition is both unfair and unjustified. If you don’t want community help, don’t use the community forum. But its your only option. Choose, receive help or don’t - but don’t decide the people that want to help you are a problem before you’ve even tried.
