Locked out of Cross Save
Hello, I'm trying to play with my PC characters on my PS4. I had attempted to do this when Cross Save launched, but there many issues and I eventually gave up and made a new account on PC. With my new PC account I wanted to link to my PS4 account, but there were old characters in the way. I unlinked the old account and now it's locked for 90 Days. I do not care that my PC be linked to that exact account, so I just made another PSN account so I could play Destiny when I'm traveling with my PS4. Because of the 90 Day lock from when I tried to link the other account, I no longer have a way to switch and connect to the new PS4 account. Is there a way where I can give up on trying to connect to the locked account and connect to the new one instead? There are no buttons to let me try and change it.

2 RepliesHey there! Unfortunately, once you deactivate Cross Save, you are not able to re-enable it until after the cooldown expires. There are no exceptions to this policy.
