Not getting what you want is not Bungie being out of touch. I have critiqued Bungie for being out of touch many times in the past, but this is not one of those times. This is just them balancing the game.

4 RepliesThe bigger problem here is that sniper flinch was untouched. You can nail a sniper in the face with your primary multiple times and they can still dome you like nothing happened to them.

The only weapon tuning I've been wanting is weapon range tuning. Auto rifles shouldn't have the same distanced as scouts. Scouts didn't need aim assist, either.

Bungie will ALWAYS punish skilled players to uphold the power fantasy for the rest. There will always be mechanics/weapons that are easy to use. Just accept it. Destiny is not meant to be a balanced and skill-oriented game. It'a about grinding and keeping people in the game.

Frèák you make some valid points and I agree that eververse needs to be removed from the game. But Whether we wanted it or not, we’ve stepped into a war with the Cabal on Mars. So let’s get to taking out their command, one by one. Valus Ta’aurc. From what I can gather he commands the Siege Dancers from an Imperial Land Tank outside of Rubicon. He's well protected, but with the right team, we can punch through those defenses, take this beast out, and break their grip on Freehold.

Don't forget the step to the side which goes into the giardia infested, muddy ditch. That's the best step.

2 RepliesThey're buffing 140rpm hand cannons, and they're nerfing auto rifles. Isn't that what you wanted? The 150 to 140 change was done to make 150rpms easier to balance, and 140s weren't really bad to begin with.

That means ARs are getting 75% of their crit damage increase removed. I would consider that more than slight. For me, I don't really mind that 140 was chosen over 150, the only part about it that doesn't really make sense is now we have 120 RPM vs 140 RPM, which is not a huge difference, I'm wondering if 120s will be overshadowed by 140s, we will have to wait and see.
