Hi there! If the Steam Store states that you have not pre-ordered it, you will need to do it again.

Thanks.[/quote] That is extremely odd as Bungie has no access to your payment or purchase history from steam. Steam would be the ones who would need to confirm if you have bought and paid for it. It would also be your steam account at risk if they feel you scammed them

    So it is not my intention to scam anyone but to clarify: 1. Purchased Deluxe Edition for 75USD from BungieStore.com 2. Redeemed Code on Steam 3. Received email from Bungie saying launch date moved if you'd like a refund then let us know. 4. Was Refunded from Bungie 5. Product still activated on Steam when I try to repurchase from Steam To me this is wrong as I should NOT own content I did not pay for and I want to pay for it. However, Steam will NOT let me redeem content I already "own".

  • Bungie has no control over your Steam purchases. You need to work with Steam support, as they control what licenses you have access to through their platform.

So you are essentially telling me I should just give up? Kind regards.

  • No, keep being insistent with Steam, as the problem is on them to resolve. Bungie has nothing to do with sales or refunds. Anything in that regard has to be handed by each respective platform.

I found my order number in my email and it was purchased through Bungie.

  • OK, that wasn't specified earlier. If you ordered through the Bungie store, you should contact their customer service. You will probably still have to work with Steam in order to have them remove the Beyond Light license from your account, as Bungie has no ability to do that.
