Destiny 2 Download's Broken

So this is an error I've come across which I'm not sure how to solve. Every time I try to launch Destiny 2, I'm met with a Disc Write error. I've tried to verify files, uninstall, then Reinstall Destiny 2, and it keeps giving me this error. The game file size of my friends sit at 94.2 GB, while the download I try sits at 89.6 GBs, so a bit of the game is missing. There's enough space on my HDD to run it, and I've run the Drive Check using the Windows 10 application, and there's nothing wrong. The actual Executable file seems to be missing, when zi check the game files from the Steam Common folder. This same issue popped up last week the morning after Festival of the Lost launched. Back then, the hard reinstall worked, but now it doesn't work anymore. I just want to play the game, man, and this is deeply frustrating, especially when Beyond Light is *this* close to launch. I'd appreciate any and all help I can get.

Allo there, Have you made steam have administration access? Certain 3rd party apps like antivirus may block downloads so maybe adding steam to the exclusion list will help. Have you tried installing to another drive? Does the error state which folder it's having an issue with?
